Refund Policy

Nature of digital media (software) that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing any product, which means all sales are final. Once you have purchased the software, there is no way to “return” it. As such actions can not be verified.

General

  • Money back guarantee is available for 7 days from the date of purchase. When the item you purchased is more than 7 days from the date of purchase, no refund will be processed. Don’t request a refund for it.
  • Refunds only apply to: The buyer has not received the item he purchased, or the item purchased is not working.
  • If the item you purchased asks to enter a license key, ignore it. Don’t request a refund for it. The plugin can work properly without a license key. Items require a license key for automatic updates and technical support from their authors. Some plugins may require a license key, they don’t work without a license key. In this case, buyer can submit a complaint. Our team will check, if the buyer report is correct then we will process a refund.
  • If the buyer requires a license key or purchase code, please leave us. Please go to the official sales page to purchase and get technical support from their authors. We offer only open source software and under the GPL (General Public License).
  • Items downloaded from tuximap.com must be updated manually.

Products

  • Free products
    • No returns/refunds for products purchased for free.
    • No returns/refunds for items purchased using redeem points: When you use redeem points at checkout, the price of $XX becomes free.
  • Bundle Products
    Product bundle are multiple products combined into one product package. After the purchase of the “Product bundle” is complete, the buyer can download the items available in the package.
    • Basically no refund for bundle products: Bundle products that you can see on this page. When the buyer downloads the files in the “Product Bundle”, but all the items don’t work: In this case, buyer can submit a complaint. Our team will check, if the buyer report is correct then we will process a refund. Please note: Only when all items do not work (not one or several items).

Gift Cards (Daily Card / Weekly Card)
Gift Cards are the best price to start free downloads for one day or one week, this is an alternative option for those of you who can’t afford to join a Member Plan. We help you by offering this Gift Card so you can access any product like a Member Plan, even if it’s only for one day or one week.

  • Basically no refund for Daily Card / Weekly Card When buyers download items using “Gift Cards”, but all items don’t work: In this case, buyer can submit a complaint. Our team will check, if your report is correct then we will process a refund. Please note: Only when all items do not work (not one or several items).

Memberships
We discourage you from purchasing the Member Plan for testing purposes.

  • Basic Plan / Premium Plan
    • Basically no refund for Basic Plan / Premium Plan When buyers download items using “Basic Plan”/”Premium Plan” membership, but all items don’t work: In this case, buyer can submit a complaint. Our team will check, if the buyer report is correct then we will process a refund. Please note: Only when all items do not work (not one or several items).
  • Pro Plan
    • “Pro Plan” is the best membership with unlimited download capability. No returns/refunds for Pro Plan

Refund steps

  1. Submit a complaint
    First you have to submit a complaint on the Complaint page, or contact us.
  2. Waiting for response from Tuximap
    Our team reviews your submission to check for issues
  3. Submit additional information
    We may need additional information such as video attachments, or screenshots to make it easier for our team to check your item. Or you can provide login credentials to your site, our team will check directly to your site (If you wish).
  4. Results
    • No refunds for: If the problem with the item is successfully fixed, the item is currently working properly.
    • Refunds are processed for: If the item really doesn’t work.

Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

Some offers might include a non-refundable clause. In this case, it will be visible or linked from the offer page.

Refund Exceptions

No refunds are provided for:

  • Tuximap Member Plan Subscription as it is a complete set of products at a very convenient price for which you can cancel any time. We discourage you from purchasing the Member Plan for testing purposes.
  • Gift Card purchases are non-refundable. Gift Cards are the best price to start free downloads for one day or one week, this is an alternative option for those of you who can’t afford to join a Member Plan. We help you by offering this Gift Card so you can access any product like a Member Plan, even if it’s only for one day or one week. so no refund!
  • Requesting a refund for the same product twice.
  • Offers and discounts are valid for future orders only and can’t be used to ask for refunds or partial refunds of existing purchases.
No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:
  • completely non-functional
  • and/or product main description was fully misleading.
  • and/or you didn’t download any or many files from our website.

– then you do have the option to request a refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:
  • you have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
  • you bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
  • product was bought by your employee or inmate from your PayPal account which he/she had legal access.
  • You can not install the downloaded product
  • The product is incompatible with your WordPress, plugins or web server settings
  • The product does not function as you want
  • The product displays a message about the need to enter a license key or activation
  • You broke your website when installing the product
  • You did not receive technical support on Tuximap
  • you refused provide to our support staff access to your web-site to investigate our product you are having issue with.
Please also note that:
  • You may cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
  • If you will get a refund you cannot use downloaded premium products any more.
  • If the product after update is still damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
