Product Delivery

Payment and Renewal

No recurring payments, if your one-time subscription expires, you can renew at any time. Payment is non-refundable.
• Unsubscribe PlanYou do not need to unsubscribe or submit an unsubscribe request to us, because the subscription package (Member Plan) is a one-time purchase (no recurring payments).Each subscription package has a predetermined duration, if the validity period expires then you unsubscribe automatically and you can determine whether you want to unsubscribe or renew the subscription.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given except in the case when the digital product is completely unusable and/or cannot be downloaded. If the digital product is unusable and/or cannot be downloaded, we need time to try to fix it. Otherwise, we will make a refund. You must read and agree to our “Refund Policy” on this page.

Support Policy
